Moving homes soon, what do I need to know about moving HomeKit devices and accounts?

I intend to reuse all of these devices in my new home. Is there anything I need to know before I permanently remove these devices from my current home? I am particularly concerned about accounts, such as with ecobee and Philips, I do not want to create new accounts once they are ready in the new house.

Here is what I have now integrated with HomeKit:

* ecobee sensors3 + 3 rooms
* Logitech Circle 2 (standard firmware, not updated to HSV beta)
* D-Link Omna Cam
* Philips Hue bridge + 4 bulbs + motion sensor
* 3 Wemo Mini smart plugs
* Apple TV 4K
