Moving houses - How devices migrate to new owners

Cupertino, February 15, 2021

OK, the short story is that I plan to move into a new house in a few months and sell my old place. I have a few HomeKit devices, some will come with me (my Sonos speakers, TV, Phillips Hue from Apple TV and maybe a fan - I'm not sure) and others will stay here (the thermostat is one of them). & # x200B; How do I move devices to the new owner? I don't have the HomeKit codes for the remaining devices (Echobee and Hunter fan). Also, how do I set up a new home and migrate things? I'd rather not have to redo all my routines. & # x200B; Bonus question, how to transfer ownership of an Echobee thermostat to a new owner? I'll probably get a new one for the new house.
