Multiple devices are not responding

Cupertino, March 13, 2024

I have been having a problem for a few months with my Apple TV 4k (3rd generation). The ATV is connected to my TP link AXE75 router via Ethernet. The devices losing connection are 3x Tapo TP15 mini smart plugs, 1x Tapo TP25 outdoor plug, 1x Aqara G4 doorbell and a Philips Hue bridge. Only the Hue bridge works, all other devices are unresponsive. As far as I know, all devices have updated firmware (including my iPhone and the ATV). Does anyone have any advice on what could be wrong? I've tried deleting Home, factory resetting my router, factory resetting all devices. Let me know if any further details are needed, I'm honestly willing to try anything at this point. tvOS 17.4, iOS 17.4
