Multiple nested instructions if

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

Sometimes I want to go to bed earlier than usual, but I had an automation setup that dims my lights at certain times, so I'm in bed with the lights off at 9:00. However, if I want to sleep at 8:30, the automation will still turn on the lights at 8:45. So I created a nested if-than statement to check and see if the lights are on to continue, if not to end. I would also like to turn on the night lights around the house at 7:30 and lose them from 100% to 25% in 30 minutes. If I say that the night light starts at 7:30 (100%) and wait 10 minutes, (75%) and wait 10 minutes, ... up to 25% my other automations will run in the same automation at 7:30 if they are placed after the group of night light fades? Right now I have separate things that start and stop at 7:30 and I would like to combine them all into one automation, but I don't want it to run as expected. May?
