* NetGear Orbi Wi-Fi
* TV hubs x 4
* HomePod hubs x 2
* Sonos speakers x many switching to HomePod
* Lutron Dimmers x many
* Shade color bulbs x 4
* Lutron Fan Control
* Sockets x 8
* Yale Assure Touchscreen w / August Connect
* Eve Lightstrips x 7
* Koogeek air monitor
* Harmony Bridge on the iMac to integrate Harmony theater remote control

Next in the list:

* Garage door (probably iSmartGate)
* Door bells (if anything ever shipped)
* Shadows (Ikea vs Leviosa vs Lutron)
* Leak sensors
* Smoke alarms (if anything reliable ever comes out)
* Security cameras (maybe?)
