Mysa v2 - Can't Add to HomeKit?

Cupertino, December 25, 2021

I just replaced all the old motherboard thermostats with Mysa v2s and they work great in their app, but I can't figure out how to put them in HomeKit. If I try to pair with the HomeKit option during setup, it spins and spins after scanning the code (or touching NFC) and eventually expires or fails. I don't even see how to add them after they've been added to the Mysa app. Try adding after anyone does the same thing or says that the device is not in pairing mode. Did anyone else have problems or could add to HomeKit? iOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2 on Home Hub and device firmware 3.6.3. The thermostats have a strong WiFi signal and there is no interference.
