Post only to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing. The answers of the Homekit device were in the best case for me, from any control source (iPad, Siri, Apple Watch), other than the iPhone Home application. After the addition of three HomePod Minis, it got even worse. Then last week, I installed the new AppleTV 4KHDR. Suddenly, all my devices and scenes work flawlessly from all Home applications and all Siri interfaces. I had previously had an AppleTV HD and an original 4K on the network. I've had a whole week of perfect shows so far. I know this version supports Thread, but I find it hard to believe that adding such a device would make such an important change. And it doesn't even act like my current hub, it's my home HomePod Mini. I'm interested in hearing the experiences of others after adding the new AppleTV to the Apple Home infrastructure. Have you seen any changes in the performance of HomeKit devices?
