I am really not a penny pincher, happy to pay for quality, i generally never but the cheapest or the most expensive of anything , i gravitate toward that mid level "best bang for your buck"" product
Nanoleaf, the shapes starter kits, they just seem a good 40% overpriced to me and i have never seen good sale prices for them. Yes i know they do some cool things like dance to the music etc but still
And i have happily bought Philips Hue products which are considered on the higher end for regular consumers.
