Need help with a HomeKit device

Hello fellow HomeKit users! Recently, my dad has been shopping for HomeKit devices. And I, being the IT guy of the family, had to deal with the headache of setting them all up. Today, unfortunately, I ran into a problem that the NETATMO Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor cannot solve. I got it working with their Healthy Home Coach app, no problem, but for whatever reason it always says not responding in HomeKit. Any ideas on what could be going wrong here? I've tried everything I could find or think of and the problem still seems to prevail. Thank you in advance!
