Netatmo Doorbell does not watch Apple TV

Cupertino, March 13, 2021

Since its launch, I have owned the Netatmo ringtone. Its streams should be visible in the Netatmo security application as well as in the HomeKit application. Both sources work, but they only work well on Wifi. Being on 4G, its streams through HomeKit have a huge delay. Looking in the security application from Netatmo, there is an error that says: "HomeKit is not available outside the local network", so I understand the delay on 4G. I have 3 AppleTV sets as a HomeKit hub. Works well with Philips Hue, Homebridge and Netatmo weather station. They are also referred to as the "Hub" in the Home application. Netatmo told me it should work normally. It is connected via a Netgear RBR50 Mesh system. A satellite is located next to a wall 0.5 m away from the bell. Maximum speed and wifi coverage, tested by keeping the iPhone next to the bell. I set up Netgear as an Accesspoint, but I also tried it as a router, with no solution. Reset all AppleTVs, disconnect them all, reconnect 1 without solution. I reset the ringtone to factory settings, reinstalled it, no solution. Looking on the internet, I discovered a similar homekit.blog thread a year ago, but there was never a solution:
