Netatmo Doorbell - The Netatmo application shows "the video is not available and the camera is disconnected", do you have any ideas?

The live video works perfectly in the HomeKit Home application. Event logs work perfectly in the Netatmo application. But the live video does not work in the Netatmo application, which gives me a message "video is not available and the camera is disconnected". Does anyone else face this and have a suggested remedy? Update: Fixed! See the comments below.
