He was in a hurry to get there. Ordered from Europe. It took me a while to prepare the limestone facade of my house to have a smooth service for mounting the bell and wires long enough to reach. Two-door / two-bell system. The rear door is disengaged at the bell, as it is rarely used. The second bell is off (for now). I connected it. I worked at the beginning. I got some messages about wiring and power. Disconnected. Insert a new and more powerful transformer (16 volts. 30 VAC). If the electrician had come, because the 1950s house has some weird wires on the main bell and he wanted to make sure it was properly connected and working properly, which took us from managing it. Safe cables now A-ok. Rear door button disconnected from the doorbell. The second bell disconnected from the main bell, so the Transformer powers only the Netatmo bell and a bell. Everything is installed correctly (bell mode and Netatmo ringer). Works (notification, beep / HomePods beep, but no video, just make a fraction of a second video or “snapshot” whose image on the door is pressed the button or there is movement. I received a message that the SD card failed. The room is now dark. I will disconnect and reassemble the SD card and see if I can put it back into operation. In the past, when I contacted Netatmo Customer Service, it was fine (always “Ali”) and usually responds within a few days. Does the service seem to have changed due to more calls (ringing problems), LeGrand’s purchase, or growing pain? I have two welcome cameras, outdoor camera / reflector, smart smoke alarm and complete weather station from Netatmo. Nothing but happy with them. The bell was a disappointment. I found Netatmo’s response overwhelming. I will give them more time and see if I can figure out how to put it into operation, but BEWARE OF THE BUYER on it.
