Netatmo pain of video ringtone

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

Hi everyone, we've been having fun with the Netatmo video ringtone for about a year, but after switching to WiFi 6 access points (Unification), the ringtone worked. Running a network for all (I know) works for all the other 50 devices. The network is activated as well as multicast and everything is very fast and responsive. The ringtone is capable of recording videos and can navigate the Netatmo app, but Homekit simply refuses to work. I had it in place for about a week, but now the horrible "unanswered". I tried to take power, restart APS, disconnected in the UniFi application. Wifi does not display problems. Only the connection to Homekit is gone. Do you have any idea what's going on? Considering the Logitech bell so far ... UPDATE: So I've managed to run and have a faster response time overall 1. Turn off the bandwidth on all APs 2. You've unplugged the ringer and plugged in the power USB 3. Reset and reconfigure in Homekit (fortunately no automation was used) 4. Reinstalled at the door and confused with the soner module as usual 5. Pressed the bell button 6. The ringer worked while on USB, but claimed that the network is insecure in the application Netatmo 7. Configure Homekit again, but naturally received "Already added" 8. Poof - everything works! UniFi settings: Meshing is on, bandwidth is off, DTIM period for 5 GHz 3, DTIM period for 2 GHz is 1, Multicast enhancements enabled, IoT optimization enabled, WiFi AI enabled (I know ... but it works great here ) a combined SSID (you could create a dedicated IoT in the end) Many thanks for all the suggestions, all led to more perspective, faster HomeKit and a working sound :)
