Netatmo Presence configuration - bought two, only one works

Hi everyone, My sparky just installed two Netatmo Presence units, one with a siren. I have one to connect to my nearby Eero, but the other one with the siren (same distance and wifi force on my phone) gets an error when connecting to the HomeKit. It shows up in the netatmo app, and the other one is fine, so I'm at a loss. I tried to use the factory reset QR code and it flashes 5 times as expected, but no progress. Reset eeros and my phone to no avail, I would love suggestions on what else I could try!
