Hi, I have a presence installed, it is wired correctly. I installed it and it works, but the SD card still doesn't read and the wifi doesn't work well, so I deleted it from the app to start over (probably not the best idea). The light continues to turn on when it detects motion, but does not read the QR code to configure or reset and does not enter configuration mode. Looking at my router (Eero), it is no longer connected to wifi. I sent a help note to Netatmo, but received no response. Did anyone have this problem? I'm not sure what to do, I tried to turn off his power for 24 hours, using a flash light to help him see the QR code - nothing seems to work. Also, the Netatmo subhomekit.blog doesn't seem to be active, so I'm not sure where to turn. thank you in advance!
