Netatmo Presence HKSV notifications have been turned off

Cupertino, May 10, 2021

I have a Netatmo presence (without a siren), which received HKSV about two weeks ago. It worked fine until last Wednesday. Suddenly, HKSV notifications just stopped passing or only appeared if the movement happened for more than 30 seconds. To clarify, Netatmo native alerts are triggered when motion is detected and HKSV was initially even faster. Now I still get the Netatmo ones (although with a delay of 4-5 seconds or more), but HKSV has just stopped. I restarted my router, restarted all my hubs several times, everything is on the latest software (no beta), I turned off all the hubs and started them at the same time and nothing. I have 2x original HomePods, 1x HomePod Mini and 2x Apple TV 4K (original). But I no longer use ATVs as hubs, because long before this problem started. Does anyone else have this problem with Netatmo or are there any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
