Netatmo Presence logs off frequently

Hello! I have Netatmo Presence camera and Linksys Velop mesh system. After installation, the camera disconnects very frequently and I can’t get the live video, just the message that the video is not available and the camera is disconnected. However, I receive notifications from the motion sensor and the videos are recorded. It’s starting to work properly and after a while I can’t watch live videos. What’s more, there are situations where I can get live videos from the Netatmo app, but not from the Apple Home app and vice versa. I tried to disconnect the device from the power supply and factory reset, but it didn’t help. The WiFi signal is very strong. Can you help somehow, please?
