Netatmo Video Doorbell Problem – No notifications and recordings

I just wonder if other owners have had this problem? Looks like I have a problem with my Netatmo Video ringtone that doesn’t record the video even when someone walks through my alert area near the front door, or when someone actually presses the ringtone button, because I’m missing days with activity in Netatmo Security application. . My notifications in the security app also seem to have stopped working for both. According to the Netatmo support website, I tried to restart my Wifi and Netatmo router by throwing away the security panel it connects to, but it still doesn’t work. It is still visible in the app and works through it and the Home app. I also tried to log out, delete and reinstall the Netatmo Security application, but without success? Anyone have any ideas or should you perform a complete factory reset with a powered micro USB cable? Firmware: 102
