I want to buy the Netatmo weather station, but my internal and external WiFi networks are on different routers, one a Devolo Powerline (outside), the other a TP-Link Deco M9 (inside). Both systems are connected to my ISP modem. Will the outer module be able to communicate with the inner module? I have to use Devolo because of the insulation of the house. There are no signals.
