Finally I got the firmware update to the HomeKit secure video and I love it in the Home application.
I configured the camera (in the home application) to be turned off when I and my family are home, for privacy reasons.
However, it seems that the camera is still turned on and is recording in the Netamo application. It's annoying because they don't even have 2FAs available for connection, so I won't trust them to keep my feed private. I just want the room off when I get home.
Previously I had an IR remote control on / off, so when I left the house, I turned it on. And stopped when I came home.
How can this problem be resolved?
