I have purchased two Eve Matter products and have different problems with both. * Eve Outlet Matter (20 meters from ATV) * Eve Door/Window Matter (30 meters from ATV. 10 meters from Outlet) * Apple TV Wifi and Internet 128 (should support Matter and Thread) * Google Mesh AC Router -1304. I enabled IPv6 because a post mentioned it might help * All apps and OS are up to date * I'm running the Eve app on my iPhone * I've restarted everything at least once * I've reset the ATV according to Eve customer support , but this did it. Help, I was able to connect to Eve Door/Window, but the communication link is broken. I haven't determined if this is a distance issue, but it connects occasionally. I tried logging into Eve Outlet by scanning the code, although I tried the other methods as well. All fail with one of the following messages: * Accessory not found * Connection lost * Pairing failed * Operation timed out If I do this in the Eve app: Settings -> Add accessory -> More options then the socket appears so the app talk to the outlet. Any ideas on how to make it work? Are Eve Matter devices loose? Is my ATV too far from the devices?
