I saw some of these threads, but I tried to get a better idea of the smart plugs to buy for my home. I read good things about the TP Link Kasa smart sockets, the main problem being that they are not compatible with the Home Kit immediately and do not intend to be. However, Kasa can still be accessed using Home Bridge, right? And isn't it that hard to install? If you were to buy smart outlets in 2021 and have mainly Apple devices, what would be your choice? I also have a TP Link router if that means anything, although I doubt it (I wonder if that means a more reliable connection etc) and an Arlo Home Camera system. My main use case for Smart Plugs is a timerless coffee maker and a few lamps. Thanks!
