Newbie Question - Apple TV Remote and Blurred Scenes

Cupertino, February 28, 2024

We just finished a basement and added Lutron Caseta light switches and an Apple TV. It works pretty well, especially for turning lights on and off with Siri voice control on the Apple TV remote and for my kids to use. My struggle is to create a way to use voice control for a low light scene. (So the family doesn't need multiple voice commands to set the lights). I've seen people suggest shortcuts, but younger kids don't use phones and I don't think Siri on Apple Tv can use shortcuts. Second question - I would also like the lights to dim at a slower rate when using the remote. Does anyone know how to do this?
