Just thinking out loud….I find it interesting/odd that no audio or video show up in the top toolbar within homekit. You can see temp, windows, doors, lights, ect but it does not have any audio or video. (Now that I think more about it, irrigation also doesn’t show when running in the tool bar). I think it would be helpful/make sense if there was a “now playing” type of status for your house to see (without going room by room) what audio or video is playing. I’ll usually do a quick glance at night to get a status update of the house (what lights are on that shouldn’t, windows, doors, ect), but I can’t see if someone left music playing or a tv on without going room by room. What say you? Any ideas why they left our the audio/video from the top tool bar? How do you manage it?
