Hello everyone,
I have been having a lot of problems with my WIFI lights and I realized that my TV has the same problem. I get random "No Response" as if the devices decide to "not work" of their own accord. Most of the time, they will return to work after a few days.
Note that in the attached image, 2 WIFI devices are not responding, but one of them is strange considering that they are connected to the same WIFI.
Any suggestions on what to do? I'm honestly on the verge of ripping out my nanofox because of this, I've never had a problem with my Hue lights. Here are some things I've already done:
Factory reset both Nanoleafs and connected them to the 2.4GHz network.
I made sure my WIFI is dual band so devices can connect to the 2.4GHz network.
Make sure HomePod and Apple TV are on the 2.4 GHz network.
I did the reset process again and again.
If I've missed something please let me know, I've had a lot of problems with these lights and it's getting really annoying, thank you!
