No shade response in HomeKit, good in the shade application

In the last few weeks I have encountered problems where the light of my shades does not show any response in HomeKit. Therefore, voice control, home application, automation and switches installed in the home application do not work. But if I go to the shades application, everything works.
My wife is really annoyed with the lights and I have no idea what to do to fix it. I tried to change the zigbee channel, but it doesn't solve the problem. The lights communicate well with the hub, because the shading app works, but something is confused with the hue in the HomeKit.

Most of these bulbs are in places where there is no wired switch, so a HomeKit switch is not an option.

What do you all suggest?
