Not all home hubs respond

I get this every hour or so at night, very rarely during the day. I saw other wires, but I didn't fix it, it happened every 10 minutes before I replaced my router last night and now it has slowed down, but it's still a problem. It will usually return within 10-15 minutes, but ultimately all my devices were turned off for about an hour before responding. My concern is that outdoor cameras crop and do not capture images. The router is about 15 meters from the unresponsive HomePod. I thought about getting an Apple TV, but I don't want to face the same problems.
