Not all home hubs respond

Hi, "All home hubs don't respond," "One home hub responds." I get quite a few of these notifications every day. I set up the Apple TV 4k as the homehub running the latest update. My only homekit device right now is the Logitech Circle View. I use a mesh network in which the Apple TV is connected with an Ethernet cable. I tried to reset the Apple TV several times, removed the devices from the Apple Homekit, and added them back. It also disconnected from iCloud and reconnected. The router has been restarted, Apple TV is connected to WIFI, etc. But notifications will not disappear. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do?
