I just installed a Circle View sound and wanted to post some notes, as I haven't seen this information posted yet: 1. Setup requires you to use a power supply and a mini-USB cable to power the ringtone while you join Homekit. For some reason, Logitech does not provide a power supply. For me, the bell was very sensitive to power and would not join Homekit until I found a power supply with the right output. The standard Apple iPhone power supply will not work. I ended up using an Arlo room block with 1.8A output (requirement is 2.0A) 2. The instructions tell you to disconnect the second / rear button from the bell. I did NOT do that and both bells work well. YOU CAN have two bells! 3. Related to the above, I used a 16VAC / 30VA transformer. I suspect that the higher power transformer could be what allows the operation of the second button.
