I have the latest Apple TV 3 meters from nuki and a HomePod mini 5m away. everything updated everything works. Another threaded device works too perfectly. \- had a gen 2, died right after warranty expired \- bought gen 4, never started, refunded \- bought gen 4 again, started, paired with Nuki app. for 3 days i couldn't pair it with homekit then suddenly i don't know why it worked. however it showed unresponsive in homekit for 9/10 \- Gen 4 pro was discounted to non pro price so I bought it and will be sending it back previous gen 4. My hope is that being wifi capable it will be more reliable inside the homekit and more responsive in general. Other than that, I'm running into the exact same problem: it won't pair with homekit. (lock is updated to latest version) “Unable to add accessory. Pairing with the accessory failed." Any help?
