I have made many complaints about how HK "just sometimes doesn't work". From no response to slow responses, to days of fantastic performance. It is not consistent. I just got a package stolen from the porch, and the Logitech bell rang. "Let it happen?" Yes, at 10:46 a.m. I received a "detected person" message. I watched the video and FedEx threw me the package. Mixed. Well, 20 minutes later, it's gone! The package is gone! And HKSV didn't give me shit. No alert, no video captured. The last entry was FedEx, who gave it up and ran back into the truck and out of my driveway. I see him on the porch. Now he's gone.
