Onvis S4 smart plugs

I have 4 Onvis S4 plugs. I moved in and started my HomeKit from fresh. I have previously used 3 plugs with no problems. I don't recall having any issues connecting them to HomeKit either. The 4th was never configured. But now I can't add them to HomeKit. I tried directly in HomeKit and through the Onvis app. I even tried two different iOS devices. I confirmed that they are enabled when I try to add them. I also have an Onvis 5 button smart switch that was able to reconnect fine. Has anyone seen this problem and know a solution?
