Hi,
I’m new to HomeKit, but I’ve accumulated quite a few Philips Hue bulbs and switches that I love.
We have a new boiler and heating system installed in the New Year, in the mid-1930s, and getting a smart thermostat seems like a good idea as well. Nowadays, I have to remember to turn it up / down in the morning / before bed and this would be much easier with HomeKit!
Netatmo and Tado seem to receive the greatest love in the UK, but they can’t find a lot of UK-specific information and reviews about them. Does any British homekit.blogor use any of these and why? Do you also have a smart radiator valve or anything else to make the system work “better”?
Is there also another method I could have overlooked, which is a non-HomeKit thermostat that is all the better because it’s worth staying with their app, rather than the HomeKit?
Thank you very much!
