IKEA Tradfri plugs are rarely delayed at all.
Philips Hue Lights (bulbs and Bloom) - 95% of the time delayed to appear. Sometimes it takes about a minute.
I have 300 MB internet and Tradfri and Philips are connected directly to the router.
I have a new iPad Air and Apple TV 4K.
I live in a rather small 2-storey apartment with devices on both levels. The degree of delay is not affected by the distance from the hub. It could be the room on the other side of the wall where the hub is or the room upstairs - the delays are awful.
Is there anything you can think of to speed things up? All firmware updates have been completed.
