Philips shade sensors if / then

Cupertino, May 27, 2021

ANY Philips Hue experts here? I have some Philips shade sensors. Very useful for my office (turns on the light when I enter, turns off if there is no activity). In my bar I set up a sensor to do the same, but often it does not detect movement (I would read by the fire) and turn off all the lights. I thought adding a second sensor would solve this, but it didn't work. I also tried some of the LABS features. Nothing works. What I want is: 1) Are all the lights on the bar off? Then 2) turn on the lights when I enter. 3) no activity? Turn off the lights unless the lighting has changed since automation (as if I had activated a scene). I can't figure out how to do that. Any idea? If I have a custom scene running in the bar, the sensors should turn off until all the lights are off again. Even a Siri command for "sleep bar sensors by tomorrow" would be useful.
