Phillips Hue no answer

This morning, my big virgin band went off and since all my Phillips devices show no response. When I enter the Hue app, everything seems to be online. My tado devices and netatmo camera are fine. I tried restarting my Linksys network router and my blank modem and also restarting my hue bridge, but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas while I ran away from them.
