Planning a HomeKit Renovation Anything Important to Consider

We are renovating our new home and planning the arrangement considering the HomeKit devices. We use a few HK devices in our current home, but the new place is much bigger, so we want to plan it correctly. The main goal is to enhance a traditional experience, rather than simply relying on smart devices, for example: use smart wall switches, rather than smart bulbs, to avoid relying on our phones to control everything (but still benefit from HomeKit and automation etc.)). The basic floor plan (ground floor and first floor) is attached to our current thoughts, we would like some feedback from people who know more than us. In particular, the placement of routers and hubs (we have a fourth generation AppleTV and we will also buy a 2021 model). We look at HPM / Legrand smart switches, as they are the only ones we can find certified in Australia. Edit: plans did not load correctly, try again: https://i.imgur.com/JBVNJQb.jpg
