Problem homekit / Eero Mesh?

Cupertino, May 24, 2021

Hi everyone Wondering if you can help. I have a 3-node eero network (running in automatic mode with router in modem only mode) that worked well with all my devices. I use homekit for everything (bulbs, thermostats, smart sockets, Apple TV, seven HomePods, alarm system) without any problems since I started using homekit about a year ago. I used ring cameras, but I finally decided to pull the trigger and switch to hksv cameras last week. I have 3 logitech circle views and a Logitech sound. Apart from the constant problem of cameras falling offline and immediately coming back online several times during the day (which is a constant upset), I also seem to have a problem where I can view the live stream from the cameras only if the phone, iPad My or Mac is: A - Connected to the gateway node B - Connected to the same node to which the camera is connected. This causes me a massive problem, because I have two rooms, one part of the house connected to one node and the bell and another room on the other side of the house connected to another node. Because of this, I can never view the streams of all 4 cameras unless I move into the living room and the device I want to use to view the cameras (eg iPhone) is connected to the eero gateway. Has anyone ever had problems like this before? Although the ring did not have HKSV, was it reliable and I have never had problems like this? Is it a problem with the cameras or the network? I can not say. (all rooms are connected to the sockets provided). I am in the home of pleasure because I like the ease of use of all and I thought by adding rooms, I would completely simplify everything, but at this time it caused more problems than I would have liked.
