Problem with Homekit and Hue Lights

Hi. Two or three months ago everything worked very well in Homekit, but at one point my Hue lights stopped working (only in Homekit, both in the Control Center and in the Home application). I can still control them in the Hue app. I tried resynchronizing Hue Bridge, but Home gives an error when scanning or typing code. If I reset the hub and start over again, the code works and my lights and sensors are displayed in the Home application, but with “No Answer”. I also can’t change the room for any Hue stuff. The strange thing is that the automations work (for example, when the motion sensor detects motion, turn on the blue light 1 have no problem), but can not control anything directly. The Lifx bulb and Apple TV 4K are fine. Any idea? The Philips Hue support team couldn’t help me. iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12.5.3, Philips Hue Bridge v.2, Philips Hue 3.48 app, all devices updated.
