I usually do the scenes in the Hue app and then add them to the HomeKit right there. However, this does not work with the new Lightstrip I received for Christmas. I just connected it and HomeKit recognizes it and I can control it manually. However, when I transfer scenes, HomeKit will not recognize the light strip in the scene. I try to manually add it to the scene, then set the brightness and color with the two apps. This works except that I have a scene that turns light pink. If that scene is activated, activating any of the other scenes after that only changes the brightness of the pink, instead of changing the brightness and color. The only way to fix it is to go into the Hue app and manually set a non-pink scene, and then the HomeKit scenes will work again, but the same problem will persist if I activate that pink scene again. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?
