Hi, A few days ago I had a guest and I realized that my Logi ringtone will not trigger the physical ringtone. I tested the ringer set and pressing the switch made the ringer turn off, so there are no problems there. The HomeKit physical ringer switch is on and I tried to turn it off and on, but still nothing. Do you have any idea what's going on? Thanks!
