Problems configuring the Logi Circle 2 camera

Cupertino, July 11, 2021

I just bought one of these and tried to make the set and lost the problem. I have an Eero Pro network that works nicely, with 3 HomePod OGs, 4 minis, 2 Apple TV 4K and tons of accessories. I have HKSV that works well with the Logitech bell and other Eufy cams in the house. I tried to add the camera which was 10 meters away from one of my Heroes - a great connection there. After failing there the first time, he added the second. That's great. Let's go. Oh, wait. Immediately unanswered aster adding camera. Then I received a prompt (from inside the HomeKit, which I've never seen before), saying that the camera needs an update. But the only way to update it is in the Logi application. That's great. So I have to download this. I'm thinking, maybe he'll give me a negative answer because of the update. Of course I now have to sign up for an account (I was hoping to avoid this, but whatever it was, for a penny, for a pound). BUT will not add the camera because it is not in setup mode. So I have to reset the camera again, put it in configuration mode, add it in the Logi application. Then finally update. Done. Ready to leave. Not so fast. Now I add it to the HomeKit, but I still get the answer No. Every time. Even after a reset or power cycle. To my intelligence it ends here. Am I missing something or has anyone else encountered problems like this in setup?
