Hello everyone! I have a problem where none of my Apple TVs can control my garage door on first request. When I ask Siri on any of the 3 Apple TVs to close the garage, she replies, "I couldn't close your garage door." Also, if any of the Apple TVs is the home hub connected, my HomePod has the same problem where it fails to close the garage door on the first try. If I turn off the home hub on all Apple TVs, the HomePod becomes the hub and can control it, but Apple TVs are not yet able to do so. I tried resetting the garage door opener (which is an iSmartgate Lite), resetting the HomePod, and disconnecting from my Apple TVs and retiring, but the problem persists. Any idea?
