Problems with Eufycam 2 / 2C and Homekit Secure Video

Hi all! I have had 2C cameras with HomeBase 2 since January and recently added another Eufycam 2, but I still have problems with Homekit Secure Video. Normally, I record on Homekit for a few hours, at most a few days, then I suddenly stop recording in the Home application (only in the eufy application). I contacted Apple support, thinking it was a problem with the internal hub (Apple TV 4K 2 gen), without results. So I wrote to Eufy Support, they sent me a new Homebase, but I didn’t solve anything. In fact, they didn’t even record for those few hours. Can someone help me?
