I'm having issues with my Chamberlain MyQ HomeKit Hub and wanted to check here to see if I missed anything before getting an ismartgate.
I have the MyQ Smart Door controller and then the HomeKit Hub. Everything works fine with the Chamberlain app. HomeKit is hit or miss, constantly showing no response. It'll work for a few weeks, then stop. The application always works. I tried to remove and add from HomeKit. We restored everything to the factory defaults and set everything new, including HomeKit. The WiFi signal in the garage is excellent. I use a HomePod at home, but it makes no difference whether my phone is on my WiFi or not when it decides not to answer. We have assigned HomePod IPs and a static hub. None of these things made the difference. All other HomeKit accessories (Arlo Camers, Hue Lights, Vocolinc plugs) work seamlessly.
Do you have any ideas before I split Chamberlain and get ismartgate?
