Problems with Phillips Hue. Please help me!!

Cupertino, January 26, 2024

So most of my house is set up with Philips Hue bulbs. The upstairs bathroom has 4 light bulbs and a sensor. The bathroom on the ground floor has 1 light bulb and 1 sensor. The kitchen has 6 light bulbs and 1 sensor. The conservatory has 6 bulbs and 1 sensor. All cameras are set in the home app to turn off after a certain amount of time. The problem I have is this. Sometimes the lights in the rooms don't go out, but some do. So in the kitchen, after the time is up, 4 bulbs will go out, and the other two will simply stay on, sometimes dimmed, but still on. I have this problem with all sensor cameras. The Hue app also says the sensors are "not configured in this app." So how do I control daylight sensitivity? Right now the lights will come on in broad daylight. Any help would be appreciated.
