This has been posted several times, but it bears repeating. When your WiFi based devices show no response, load this app and go to hap_tcp. If they aren't listed there, you most likely have mDNS issues and should look to your router/wifi for HomeKit issues.
Edit to add: This applies to HomeKit over WiFi, not Matter over WiFi.
