So I bought this bell for myself here in Canada, if I imported it, because I was pretty sure it met the requirements. I hung everything up and now I have flashing white lights, which indicates that I don't have enough power for the bell. 16V is not enough. Nothing else runs on this thread. My Eufy worked fine (I know all the ringtones are different), and the online manual said 16-24, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work. I'm sure the people running this with 16V read here too, right? Then I think my question is [here](https://i.imgur.com/S0xLovG.jpg) is my transformer. Is it an important thing to change this for a 24V? I'm not an electrician so ... I appreciate any thought. This transformer has 16V 10VA.
