Question: Alternating light bulbs?

Cupertino, March 14, 2021

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone found light bulbs or "hacks" that allow alternating starting conditions between on / off (example below)? Example: I want to be able to control a light bulb from both my mechanical lighting switch and the phone, but if I use the switch, I may end up with the light bulb off and then I can't use the phone (or voice) to turn it back on. I can install a Zigbee controller with a spring in the switch so that it is always on, and the controller then changes the start condition when I stop briefly and start again (by pressing the mechanical spring switch). However, in some locations I can't find the camera / power to install the Zigbee dimmer. However, if I had a light bulb that would turn on "on" twice and turn on "off" once, I could make it work just like a Zigbee dimmer. Of course, I would need to put a spring in the switch so that it is always on, but this is a minor issue. Anybody?
