* 12 shades
* ecobee
* 2x homepods
* 1 Yale Assure Lock

The next thing I'm looking for is sensors. I search...
* flood sensor
* motion sensor
* door / window sensor
From what I gathered, most of the options out there require me to get a hub for devices to communicate with homeekit (ex: Aqara hub). ** I prefer not to receive more hubs from several different companies. **
So, my question is this: Is there a manufacturer to recommend for you, to do all of the sensors listed above, or a combination of them where I don't have to buy more hubs? And also, what sensors do you think are the best deals for price / performance.

So far, it seems that Aqara is the best bet, but I have some privacy concerns because I am a Chinese company.
